主要科研方向
研究方向为合成生物学,及其在生物医药、绿色生物制造中的产业化应用,具体包括:
1. 基因组编辑,元件及基因线路设计:细胞治疗应用;
2. 代谢工程与人工细胞工厂、绿色生物制造:AI指导的生物大分子设计 (酶、RNA分子等),应用于多肽(GLP-1等)、蛋白(胶原蛋白等)、核苷类药物;维生素(K2, B12, A等)、甜味剂、色素、角鲨烯等营养健康产品、功能高分子材料等的生物合成;
3. 电能细胞:微生物电合成(生物-材料杂合体, CO2固定碳中和应用),生物冶金(战略性稀土和贵金属等);
4. 光/电/声遗传学:神经细胞电生理调控,生物传感器;
5. 干细胞基因编辑与调控,类器官构建。
